Appointment Information
Plan on arriving 15 minutes before your appointment with your photo ID, and insurance card, and all paperwork completed. If you cannot complete your paperwork prior to the appointment, please arrive 45 minutes prior to your appointment time. Also, bring any medical records, x-rays and reports done in the last 6 months. It is important that you bring any radiologic exams (x-rays, CT scans, MRI studies, etc.) to your first appointment. Wear comfortable clothes to your appointment (athletic shorts or leggings, sports bra). Please allow two to three hours to allow for any x-rays or special procedures to be completed during your visit.

Our office seeks to provide high quality care to our patients. We work with patients to address their musculoskeletal and spine related problems. We consider treatment with patients to be a two-way process. We strive to return phone calls the same day or within 24 hours of your call. Please leave a message with the medical staff so your call can be returned promptly.
Our Teaching Mission
We serve as a training site for medical students and physicians in training (residents) from St. Louis University, AT Still University, Des Peres/St. Luke’s and KCUMB. During your visit at our office you may be seen by a medical student, resident physician (a licensed physician who is obtaining specialty training), a Nurse Practitioner and/or a physical therapist during your visit.
